Go hard or go easy, the choice is yours with this fantastic mix of light-impact aerobics and traditional gym floor exercises, and also includes samples of other programs!

Yoga
Gain flexibility, tone, balance, improved mobility and reduce your stress level with this ancient form of exercise. Yoga at Chizen is based on the Hatha style. Hatha Yoga is the most common form of yoga and is great for anyone. With an inbuilt relaxation component at the end of each class, yoga will leave you feeling at peace with the world

Pilates
Work your core muscles in a way you never have before. Pilates encourages you to slow down and focus on much more than your abdominals. This program will help flatten and lengthen your tummy as well as strengthening your lower back.

GRIT™ Strength
GRIT™ Strength is a 30 minute high intensity interval training workout that takes you in to overdrive to go hard, push harder and get you fitter, super fast. The short sharp demanding exercises combine weightlifting, running and plyometrics for a full body workout that increases aerobic capacity, strength, muscular endurance, metabolism and power.
